Sa-Bai-Gai is a Thai Massage business located in Oundle, East Northamptonshire mid-way between Northampton and Peterborough. It is run by myself Pen (short for Supakphen) with the assistance of my husband Mick. The aim of my business is to offer help to those who have specific health problems that require treatment or to provide relaxation from the trials and tribulations of everyday life. I can provide treatment either in Oundle or as a mobile service in your home.
What does Sa-Bai-Gai mean?
Translation of Sa-Bai-Gai - Sabai (sa-bye) v. to be relaxed, happy or content | Gai (Guy) n. body. Together this phrase means "relaxation of the body" which is at the heart of what I aim to do for you.
What is Traditional Thai Massage?
This an ancient form of bodywork practiced in Thailand for many hundreds of years. Thai massage origins are linked to Yoga Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, as well as the indigenous healing practices of ancient Siam. Traditional Thai Massage is used in the major Thai hospitals as part of normal practise for treatment of a variety of conditions and ailments.

Our Training
I received my training at the world renowned Wat Pho Massage School and Thai Traditional Medical Services Society in Bangkok. My training extends to more than 500 hours of theory and practical learning and I am qualified in Ancient Thai massage, Standard Thai massage, Foot Massage, Aromatherapy and Baby massage. Mick has completed his training in Standard Thai massage, also at the Wat Pho Massage School.
